Alex Kaplan was raised in the upper east side of Manhattan, educated at Loomis Chaffee Prepatory School in Windsor, Connecticut, and The University of Miami School of Business where he he got his Bachelors Degree in Entrepreneurship. After graduating from UMiami, Alex worked for Noble Properties in Greenacres, FL as a Commercial Asset and Property Manager. He was responsible for over 1/2 million square feet of commercial space and created an annual savings of $48,000 accross 4 properties. Transitioning to residential real estate, Alex continues his track record of proven performance and client satisfaction as Realtor for Leibowitz Realty Group where he works all types of transactions. Whether its million dollar listings,investment rental properties, seasonal rentals, golf communities, or short sales & foreclosures, Alex treats all his clients like his only client and works intelligently and tirelessly in order to fullfill his clients real estate needs.
