I wanted to take a moment to share with you what I hope you are already aware of…and that is that Alexis Bonner is outstanding!

While we are all in different industries, at the end of the day we ultimately are all in the business of providing some type of service. With that, I felt compelled to share that I have been flat out “wowed” by the experience that Alexis has provided my wife and I. She demonstrated great communications from the start, along with being open, available, accessible, personable, organized…and patient!

She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and what I was not. I was set on a few particular pieces of criteria; most important was having a water view. Not to bore you with the details, but she was savvy enough to understand some additional underlying interests, where my wife and I differed and potentially where compromise could be had. For the last couple of months we exchanged emails/listings and for the last three days we visited locations...non stop. In short (or not), she unearthed that investment and value would allow for compromise in our search. This was up to and including looking at locations that initially I had no interest in. Yesterday we put an offer on a location with absolutely no water view…still not sure how that happened, but we are very happy!

There is no doubt that discovering the possibility of it all must be an underlying competency in your business. Know that Alexis nailed that as well.
