Gary Danziger

I was born and raised in Brooklyn NY. As a young man I worked as a salesman, earning enough money to pay my tuition through college at New York University. Graduating as a physical therapist my extraordinary marketing skills helped create one of New York’s largest successful multi office practices. Listening to the patients needs contributed to my success. The attribute of listening to others for so many years became a way of life for me.
As a realtor listening helps me better understand the needs of my clients.
I became a resident of Florida 12 years ago. I have enjoyed all the glorious benefits this community has to offer, from avid boater, fisherman, tennis player, and now looking forward to golf.
My avocation for the past 30 years in New Jersey, Connecticut, and now Florida has been purchasing and remodeling homes. As a result, my ability to evaluate a property and negotiate for either a seller or purchaser is an asset.
