Passionate about real estate since childhood, Garrett Jay bought his first real estate investment at 21. He still owns and manages that NYC apartment along with his other properties. He learned a great deal about mortgages from his father who owned a residential mortgage company and his mother who was Vice President of Commercial Real Estate for a regional bank. He also has extensive investment property and 1031 Exchange expertise.
