Palm Beach Gardens approved the Azure project; construction will begin later this month, for 113 units to be built on 14 acres at Donald Ross Road and the Intracoastal Waterway.
"This sales benchmark is important for us", says Frankel, " It shows the strength of the South Florida luxury real estate market rebound and allows us to initiate construction ahead of projections. Most importantly, it will make it possible for Azure's first buyers to move in earlier than expected: summer of 2016."
