Ibis Golf & Country Club hosted their grand opening recently for its new 15,000 square foot sports village complex. The new complex features fitness facilities, yoga wall, pools, Bistro dining area, expanded tennis shop and center, and a 4,100 square foot spa.
The sports village accompanies the long list of activities and properties that Ibis offers its active members; 14 Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, three Nicklaus-family designed 18-hole golf courses, kids’ camp, bocce courts, onsite physical therapy, and a dog park.
“Our goal is to enhance the active lifestyle of our existing and future members, and our new Sports Village will provide a multifaceted resort experience and become the club within our club,” said Ibis Board of Directors president, Peter Miller in the statement.
In addition to the sports complex, Ibis offers a myriad of dining options and social events, frequent off-campus trips, game playing options, and more than 20 additional clubs and organizations focusing on cultural activities, Ibis reports.
